Innovation Table
The Innovation Table includes rural-specific demonstration projects. Currently, most of the projects listed are demonstration projects through the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) and much of the information describing these projects is summarized from the CMMI website.
Projects can be filtered by general project characteristics. Select any project characteristic(s) and then click "Submit." You will be taken to a table that includes a list of project titles relevant to the project characteristic(s) you selected, the state/geographic areas, a brief description, a website when applicable, and a list of primary project focus areas.
