Feedback invited on draft CPH strategic plan

Published on December 4, 2020

The CPH Strategic Planning Steering Committee, co-led by Cori Peek-Asa and Knute Carter, will meet with faculty, staff, and student stakeholder groups in the coming weeks to receive feedback on the draft plan that was submitted to the Office of the Provost earlier this spring. Discussion will focus on the draft plan’s critical tasks and tactics.

A college-wide CPH Strategic Plan Listening Session will take place Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. The college’s final plan is due March 1, 2021, after being delayed earlier this year due to the pandemic.

Emerging effects of COVID-19 and issues related to social justice will undoubtedly shape future institutional priorities. The college is able to make updates to the important areas addressed in the first draft submission in order to continue to leverage and advance strategic priorities across the areas of student success, research and discovery, engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, including new elements related to the recent pandemic and focus on racial inequity.
